When you join NextHome Next Stepp, you get direct access to me. Not an office manager (although she is a rockstar). Not a team lead. Me. if you need me on a weekend, I'm there.
We run on "Humans Over Houses" philosophy. That means your goals, your life, your way of doing business matters here. My job isn't to fit you into a system, it's to support the business you're already building.
We do weekly family meetings to stay connected and keep your transactions running clean. We take the work seriously. Just not ourselves.
This is a family, not a mega office.

If you're not a self-starter, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're looking for quick wins without doing the work, same thing.
But if you care about your clients, run your business with integrity, and want to build something that lasts - you'll fit right in.
