Last month NextHome announced a new client benefit - NextHome Concierge.
We're excited for this new client benefit and have enjoyed seeing it in action. Days leading up to and after the closing, a knowledgeable NextHome Concierge representative will research and analyze all available utility providers, then reach out to you, the home buyer with the various options. Then, NextHome Concierge will do the work to set up mail forwarding, security systems, water, gas, electric, internet, and cable service in addition to well-researched and competitive auto, home, and umbrella insurance.
Once the NextHome Concierge representative completes their work, the home buyer will receive a simple summary email with account numbers and directions for setting up online utility account access.
Clients who use NextHome agents to find their next home are eligible for this service at no extra cost.
